The mentors and students who intend to participate in this program should satisfy the following requirements. These requirements adhere to the state standards and core curriculum. Students and mentors work hand in hand to accomplish the learning goals.

Students:

• We welcome all students willing to actively participate in mentoring sessions and engage in the learning process, particularly those with a demonstrated need for support.

Mentors:

• Relevant educational qualifications or experience. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience and empathy towards students.

• Commitment to the program and willingness to follow guidelines and expectations.

• Availability to attend training sessions and mentor regularly according to the program schedule.
